We want you to love your Aegi products.  We are happy to accept returns of new and unused products in original condition and packaging up to 30 days of the delivery date. 

To return items purchased on www.aeginy.com please follow these steps:

1. Email returns@aeginy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the items with order paperwork and any tags or packaging.

Please note that items purchased as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. We will issue a refund for the item's purchase price when we receive the returned item.  Shipping charges will only be refunded if your product was damaged or defective.  You will be notified once the returned item is received.  We reserve the right to deny any returns if the item does not meet our requirements.  We are not responsible for any lost returns.
